    I really like LongHorn Steakhouse in general - especially during the summertime when they have the Strawberry & Pecan salad. This location tends to garner the most traffic of all of them in town because of where it's situated. That does, unfortunately, lead to less attentive service. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's bad, but just enough to drop down by a star. On the upside, they do have the very best okra of all the locations.

    For Mothers day there was no wait which was surprising. The food came to the table quick and hot. Service was good. The food was very good. I will be going back.

    If you like to eat, don’t come here. Horrible service, food took way way way too long. And food was decent at best. Kids got the chicken tenders. I had the shrimp appetizer, ribeye special and fried okra. It took fifteen minutes just to get a waiter to come to our table. Then the appetizer didn’t come out until all the other food. The freaking restaurant was not packed at all. Horrible service!!! Also wrong sides came out with the other entree. We should have been in and out in no more than 1 15 minutes.

    Excellent customer awareness & service. Food very good.. Meat..rare...perfect. okra, pleasant suprise...especially good.

    Longhorn has pretty good food. Over the last 3 years it seems they consistently do not staff according to the volume of people that visit. This is not at just 1 location, I have been to several different ones and it is the same issue. Clearing tables takes forever which leads to long wait times. Servers are good but they have a lot of tables to keep up with. Longhorn can be an exceptional place but staffing continues to be an issue and needs to be addressed.
